CHEF ALESSIO TITO

Originally from Catania but Syracusan at heart, his professional career began in Algilà, growing from his experience as commis to managing an entire kitchen.

​

He has gradually become more and more knowledgable thanks to prestigious courses with Michelin-starred chefs, dreaming up new dishes and delicacies. He personally oversees every meal preparation, including breakfasts. A person of unmatchable passion and precision. He is our pride and joy.
