Payment and cancellation policy

 

1) Standard rate, direct payment, guarantee with credit card.
In order to confirm your reservation we require a valid credit card number as a guarantee. The total cost of your stay will only be charged upon check out or in case of a no-show. Reservations can be cancelled without incurring in any charges up to 7 days prior to your arrival. If a cancellation occurs within 7 days from you arrival or in case of a no-show, the full cost of your stay will be charged to your credit card.

 

2) Special offers, Early Booking offer, a non-refundable payment of the entire stay is required.
The entire amount of your stay will be charged on your credit card at the moment of booking and will not be refundable. It will not be possible to change dates or to cancel your reservation.

City Tax

A tax is imposed by the city and will be collected at the property. The tax is reduced by 50 percent for stays in January, February, and November. Guests exempt from the tax include residents of Siracusa City, children under 12 years of age,  adults over 70 years of age, and disabled persons. Please note that other exemptions may apply.
